I ordered frames from two online vendors (Frame USA and one other). The other one came first and truly 5 stars. Quality materials were noticeable throughout. It made me optimistic that my Frame USA order would equally blow my socks off. Ahhh, nope. Everything about these frames felt cheap. I'm willing to live with two of them, but I'm replacing the other three with frames from other company. They'll cost a little more, but the difference is so obvious. I won't be going back to Frame USA again. I'm giving them two stars only ... read more

Perfect custom cut sizing. Good quality for a good price.
For the price I thought these frames were going to be amazing! I was very disappointed. The color was a lot lighter than it showed online. Also the brackets for the back were cheap and bent. I had to purchase other ones to secure the glass to the frame.

The frame was well built and I'm generally satisfied. However, the amount of dust and dirt behind the glass and on the mat was awful. I had to disassemble and clean. The glass was equally filthy and had an oil like film on both sides. I almost threw it away, but keep at it and eventually got it clean. So, quality control definitely failed with my order. This was my first order and was a test to see the what Frame USA could produce. I fully believe in purchasing made in the USA first before going elsewhere and I may try again... read more

Fantastic product for the price. Easy to use website. I was impressed with the customized frame page. I have purchased from Frames USA in person in the past, and now that I live far away I purchase from them online. The frames are packed well for mailing and shipping.
