The frame is good but one corner seemed a tad loose like it could break at some point. Also the website wasn’t working correctly so I had to call my order in.
My order was delivered minus one of the mats. Called right away. No questions asked. Sent missing mat plus one. Great customer service. Need to Jack up your game in production, though. Luckily my customer was not in a rush for his framed artwork. Good prices. Better hanging hardware included would be nice.
One of the frames ordered was only joined on three sides, and the other frame stained my hands purple. Absolutely terrible QC.
