My first order was packaged poorly and arrived damaged. I called and left a message, then the next day I filled out the damage report. Within the week, I received a new frame and matting that was very well packaged and damage free. Love the frame, and for a custom size I felt the price was reasonable. Impressed with the customer service!
I've been nothing but impressed by USA Frames. They've always been prompt with shipping and have a great selection of quality frames. My most recent order came with one of glass panes damaged, but I was promptly sent a replacement pane after filling out the damaged product form.
I won't ever buy from FrameUSA again because I can't get the measurements correctly.

Good looking frame, just the right inside dimensions. I just wish they would have stained the interior completely... probably would have taken 5 minutes more instead of having to hunt down a matching stain.
