The order came quickly and in perfect condition. It wasn't apparent to me that it was plexiglass, not actual glass, but it's not obvious even next to a frame with glass. Great product for the price.
The mat Frames that I order came extremely well protected in thick cardboard. I was very impressed, I would not hesitate to order again from this company.
Overall good pricing and quality. However, there seems to be a limit to this customizable function on the platform. When defining the sizes for the mats, the mat widths do not allow for accurate calculations. I ended up getting mats that I needed to further trim because they did not fit the frames. I think this can be improved upon. Perhaps it should allow a user to enter the image size, and then the frame size?
