Would order from this company again. Easy process and wonderful quality
My order had a frame with 2 broken corners. After a little back and forth a replacement was sent free of charge. I received the replacement 16 days after filing the damage claim and while it did arrive intact, the mat was the wrong size. Luckily I kept the mat from the broken frame and have finally pieced together my complete order.
Amazing customer service! Initially I had an issue with a custom frame that had been damaged in transit/shipping, but was immediately resolved. The new frame had been equipped with better packaging to be shipped to my house with no problems. 5-stars to Frame USA for all the help and understanding when it comes to customer service. I will be back to ordering another frame from this business because they care about the customer and product.
Some colors looked considerably different from online to in person in my opinion but I know that can happen and computers can’t display color perfectly. Fast shipping, great product. Will absolutely be purchasing more - just placed an initial order to see some of the colors I was deciding between.
I received my mats except for one but it came a little later. Besides that, the mats where to order and fit perfectly. The condition was good and shipped in secure cartons. Thanks so much for the great mats. ****** *******
