Package took a bit longer than expected to get here due to needing to be relabeled by ****** Contents were fine when the package got here. Love the frames (wood) but the plexiglass wasn't great -- scratched, streaked, cut ragged. The plexiglass on one of the frames was only protected on one side. Decided to go ahead with the included plexiglass but will reach out for replacement if it happens again. Will use again because of the frame choices and quality.

The 12 X 12" shadow box is great. It worked out perfectly.You should be ashamed of the 24 X 30" shadow box. It came with a thin, flimsy, frosted, plastic sheet instead of plate glass. How is someone supposed to place anything in that? So disappointed.

These frames do include plexi-glass, instead of a standard shadowbox that would include actual acrylic instead which is thicker. The mitre joints were perfectly cut on my aluminum frame, however, when I tightened the screws to assemble the frame the back of the mitre opened up. I adjusted many times but the small aluminum frame could not handle the torque of the mechanism designed to hold it together. I regret my purchase and now plan on purchasing a ******* frame. I have two of those frames and the mitre joints are tight.

My first order with Frame USA. Purchased 9 large movie poster frames. Arrived in perfect condition, very well protected and packaged. Fair prices too. Will definitely order from them again when I need more frames.
The frame was perfect! Due to the unusual size of map I wanted to frame, I couldn't find a frame. The customization of the frame size and the ease of putting the frame together made this project a breeze. I have marked Frame USA website in my Favorites for future speciality framing needs. Thank you for the quick turn around between ordering and receiving the frame. I had this odd size frame within 10 days.
Disappointed. Regret the order. I knew they said it would be a mix of colors but it turned out to be 50% barn wood or plastic covered frames. Only a few frames would I actually put my art in.

Frames arrived on time and well packaged. The close out frames are a great value and the quality is excellent. The other wood frames look really good too. Excited to show them off with my paintings!
