Good product, good price, decent service with every attempt to satisfy.
I received my order. 2 extra frames included, one with broken glass. One styrene was badly scratched. I've called many times. Still have NOT RECEIVED REPLACEMENT STYRENE

Great custom barn wood frame at a good price. Love it.
I was looking for a black 11x14 wood frame for a print. FrameUSA's price and materials appealed to me. Although the frame is well constructed, the wood grain is very prominent and it has a shiny polyurethane(?) coat, both of which make it unattractive. They also provided a cheap hanger that needed to be hammered into the frame, rather than eye hooks and wire.
The frames look great, I love these unfinished frames they allow me to finish them as I like at a good price.
