I received my frame and mat and they arrived unscathed and well protected. The quality of the frame is fine. The frame just seems a bit expensive for the quality, which is why only 4 stars and not 5.

Quality is not great and often damaged in shipping. Glass has been broke or scratched. But I am buying clearance frames. Prices are great but often cardboard backs.
