My order arrived promptly. There was a glitch with the finish when the frame arrived. Shortly after I submitted a ticket, I received an email undertaking to re-do my order promptly, with personal attention to see that it arrived in good condition. I only had to upload photos, and there was no quibbling or requests for me to mail anything back, so this was almost painless. Frames are adequate. Totally affordable for custom frames! However the plastic "glass" on the front is wavy and looks....well...affordable. The wood grain also looks a bit fake and cheap. Shipping is good and products arrive undamaged.
These frames are great quality and many options. Great customer service and fast shipping. I would recommend when shipping the metal wrapped color frames, shrink wrap them in a heavier plastic or add a softer buffer between layers...? I have had a few unpack with scratches on the black face before I unwrapped them. Has not happened but maybe 3 times, but it is something I look for closely now when I unwrap them and if able to decorate my custom orders to hide the scratch, that has helped.
Very pleased with frames. Great quality, received very quickly and love that their made in the USA!
