Great value for weekend special the staff where very professional and friendly from start to finish. The vans where clean and in good condition. One highlight id feedback back on benefit from would be that if the staff explained what to if the key loses sync with the vehicle and where the back up key slot is in the mercs or any wireless key vehicle as when i pointed it out to the staff member he said he dont know about it. Great van hire company! Friendly professional staff and nice newish vans. Easy pick up due to the online documentation checking service and no hard sell to buy extras like you’d get with the ‘bigger’ companies. Next time I need a van in Hull I’ll definitely be returning! Thank you
