Where do I start! Quite a joke of an agency. They’ve so far 1. Refused to acknowledge the end of our tenancy even though this was agreed, months prior, with the landlord. 2. Attempted to bully us (the tenants) into paying a “lost fees” charge of £1700- even though this was not applicable to us, as it only applied to “unauthorised end of tenancies” of which ours was not. 3.
