We ve got a very unprofessional agent who set up a viewing 1 day before but cancel our viewing 10min before the rdv. I travel 1h to their office, had to take half a day off from work and was already in front of the office when he texted me. No plan b Nor c. I felt so dumb coming to their office and entrusting my time to them and I even lost a bit of money. This agency doesn't really care about their customer
