Foxtons has been extremely unprofessional in handling our case. They have repeatedly ignored our emails and failed to give any clear response to our questions or requests. On top of that, they made an unreasonable duplicate deduction, charging us the same fee twice from both our deposit and rent refund. This kind of service is unacceptable and has caused us unnecessary stress and wasted time.
Even thought I was in Italy everything went smoothly with the sale of the apartment in London. The tenants were also available for the various viewings. Foxtons also recommended a good lawyer. Everything was handled accurately online between the UK an Italy. The whole Foxtons team were fantastic especially Gabriela Atanasova.
Had a really positive experience buying through Foxtons with William as our EA. We had some delays on the seller's side which William was great at chasing and generally I felt really looked after/prioritised the whole time. Our completeion took about three months which feels like record time to me, and we were never left waiting when issues arose. Nice to have an EA who seems invested in your sale going smoothly :)
