Ignorance is bliss as far as they concerned. Appalling customer service with no response for months, chasing the reception team in attempt to have someone in charge call or respond to your emails. Over 200 snags, including a huge leak, they sent one man to paint over the water damage and cut the pipe off. Who then told us the water damaged wooden floor would wipe off, giving him a cloth he reluctantly told me it doesn’t wipe off.
