I called and politely asked if there were any available slots for today. I was told there were none and that they’re usually closed during the day. Yet, at the same time, they were actively updating their Facebook post with available slots for today. Why the contradiction? Was it something about me? My race, my gender? Honestly, it felt quite disappointing and insulting.
