Very good customer service, vets are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Happy to be on first name basis. Our dogs are very comfortable in the surgery and when we needed to euthanise one of our dogs they came to our house so as not to stress her out and make the process as calm as possible.
Jasper always in a hurry to get to his appointment he knows exactly where to take me . I am always happy with the way he is looked after.
Professional and friendly as well as efficient and effective. My westies skin complaint has been massively improved when other vets just shrugged and said no more could be done. I would go as far to say cured but I won’t tempt fate! We are big fans of the Charlton Foxcotte practice.
I took my dog in for an anal gland expression and the veterinary nurse who treated him was just lovely. Very calm, patient, professional and compassionate. My dog can behave rather grumpily at the vet but he was as good as gold with the nurse and this was down to the way she handled him. Reception staff are very good as well - very friendly and helpful.
Very professional and friendly service, fair prices. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.
