Took my car here this morning and asked for “ just a wash”. Returned 20mins later to collect and was told it was £9. When I queried this I was told they had done a wash, wax and dry. I explained I had only asked for a wash. The owner became quite nasty and tried to bully me into paying more and then one of his staff joined in and kept saying “ same last time”. Pulled up to ask about a wash, got shrugged at by a vacant looking teenage member of their staff, then one of the staff pulled a vehicle into my blind spot and honked at me as if expecting me to be psychic. I just drove off and went to the car wash at Wadsley Bridge, because at least them lot can communicate like normal human beings. Perhaps the blokes at Fox Valley were tired and emotional it being the weekend.

Excellent car wash and/or valet whichever I choose to have, always comes back spotless.
