At first I was very dubious about using the Fox & Sons brand for numerous reasons in a different area of the country. We found a property that really suited the next stage of our lives and I can honestly say the staff in this branch were absolutely superb a credit to the brand. Had an appointment for Frazer to come and do a valuation at 3pm Friday. It's now Tuesday afternoon and still no apology or reason for failing to show up. They do have a bad reputation in Wellington, now we know why! Totally unprofessional

Fraser and Jowan were very helpful during a long selling process, doing as much chasing as they could to get things pulled together for the exchange. The only difficulty was with Spicketts Battrick, I certainly wouldn’t use them again for Conveyancing.
