Please be aware that if you search the internet and not just City search for reviews about Fox you will notice that all the five star ratings are the same on every search you do. They are from the same people, same statement and all are hired by fox to write the reviews. Fox management is the worst management company ever created. Their customer service does not exist. Fox has always come through with good service, open communication and a quick response to my concerns. In all situations, they never let me down. They are always finding ways to improve.

All of the five-star ratings recently are obviously from employees and family of Fox. They have been horrible to deal with and are just starting to realize that their renters are in fact their customers. Be wary because the owner is an ice queen.

In the time I have lived here they have been very reasonable to deal with. I had the heat go out one day and they had someone over hours later to repair it. we werent even out of heat for a night. That made me feel important and I have always appreciated their quick work on that one.

I just moved into a great place about a month ago. It was an easy process with the help of the folks at Fox. The place is nice right in the heart of Portland and close enough to walk to plenty of stuff. Im very happy with my rental and Fox!

Fox does a great job managing our two condos in Portland. They provide for their maintenance needs, rents them at market value and does so to very well qualified tenants who respect our property. We're very happy with the efforts of fox management will continue to use them as long as they will have us.

Caring managers that have been an asset to the property I live at. They have been on-top of things since they took over a few months ago. The yard and trees look great. the water heater doesnt make any funny noises any more. I am glad they are the new managers.
