Poor management and little to no QA of apartments 1. The apartment smells like smoke, but was masked by multiple scented plug-ins during my viewing - quite dishonest. 2. The painters left rather large dents in the new floors - and painted over some of the outlets as well as a couple of the internet ports. This is a fraudulent and scheming company. Tessa R**** and Olivia l***** and Jesse p****** had me sign a lease and put my name on the utilities knowing an inspection had not past days before I even signed a lease with them. I was in contact with that office by email and phone up until the day I was supposed to pick up the keys. My uhaul was packed and I had put in a thirty days notice at my current rental and had called fox minutes before I was going to pick up our keys to then be told the inspection had not passed. Business response:
The application fee was refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience. The clients housing assistance program would not accept the unit at the last minute, despite our repair efforts. It was a very unfortunate situation and we did offer other units, but ultimately they were not a good fit for the applicant.
Bad Experience Requested repairs are slow or never occur. Also, they had my car towed to remove a tree without properly warning me. I had to pay to get it out. I strongly recommend against renting property from them if at all possible.
I wanted to also let you know how much I appreciated the help from the man who did the maintenance previously. He was very professional and did a great job!
Fox has been managing my properties for a long time. In a really tough business they do a pretty good job, certainly better than I ever did.

Fox Management writes their own five – Fox hires people to write the five star reviews for them.... look at the disgruntled clients and the one star reviews... and believe them. This company doesn't care about ppl..... and it shows. And Fox? you should be ashamed that you are stillllllll lying to people by writing fake reviews! wow. can't believe this horrid company is still in business.
