I have to say thank you to everyone at fox management I have been very happy with the service.
Brief note to compliment Barbara from Fox Management and her excellent customer service and expertise on behalf of me and my duplex located in Gresham. Great job squaring things away after the former tenant’s departure. I’m also looking forward to working with Karen from Fox, she helped me get my email address straightened out after it was input incorrectly so I could view the online billing, which is a great feature for me. I really like what Fox is doing with my properties that they manage. They are offsetting the high cost that comes from turning the units and their policy will offset that problem to a large degree. They also added a no smoking addendum and I really like that. They are protecting the property from excessive damage and will ultimately be successful. You can’t imagine the people and problems that were in the property when I bought it and I never want to go back to that. Great job Fox.
