life savers! – Thanks for your attention and diligent response during the recent eviction that was necessary. I would not have known where to begin at all. Thanks for handling the paper work and getting the process started.
3 Happy Years – It has almost been 3 years that I have been renting from Fox and everything has been fine. Even though I am a tenant and not an owner the team at Fox still treats me with respect. When my lease is up in a few months I look forward to spending another year with them.
not interested in anything but money – if you live near one of their properties, and have complaints about the condition of, or the residents within; you're better off contacting the property owners directly. Fox Mgt just wants the owners money, they don't care to work for it.

Horrifying would be an understatement. – To anyone considering renting a home from Fox Management, please - honestly - take these negative reviews seriously. There are good people renting homes that have been neglected, to the point of health issues. I've heard several stories other than my own and they are all progressively worse: not getting money back for bills on a signed contract, homes rented with known bedbug infestations, lead paint presence without disclosure, no heat or hot water... the list goes on and on. Worst service ever!!! – Fox Management is good at one thing, collecting the rent. Any other property concerns will go unnoticed or ignored. We went 6 months without hot water in our laundry room. When I called to remind them that its their responsibility to repair this problem they raised our rent! They NEVER helped with snow/ice removal on the driveway or sidewalks. The owner of our building finally figured out just how worthless this management company is and replaced them with a better more reliable management company. Av... read more
RUN,RUN,RUN,RUN,RUN,RUN AS FAST AS YOU CANT AWAY FROM FOX – Too many things to list wrong about these people.They don't care about the renters, the owners or any property they manage. Rude, lazy and mean, yes mean spirited people. Rent from them at your own risk..and if you give a deposit, don't even think in your wildest dreams you will get any back...so, good luck if you get involved with them..
