This place is a joke I was told one thing and they did another. Not good for business... I waited there all day just for them to tell me to come back so I did and guess what they had me wait some more on top of that was told I would receive a gift card which never happened.. Also the salesman was very impatient as I was trying to read over things before I signed. NEVER AGAIN
financed an extended warranty from them 3 years ago when i purchased a used vehicle. traded that vehicle in yesterday and according to the warranty contract i have to go to the dealership and have them fill out the proper form to get my entitled refund on the remainder of the mileage and term. at the dealership today i was told they no longer do that and sent away with the phone number to warrantech to call. call warrantech only to be told to go to the dealer. consumers do not like to play games with businesses to get what i... read more
I'll never go through them for a vehicle again.
Been waiting and waiting for my deposit back after a deal fell through. Gave them cash, they won’t issue a refund unless you give back your receipt... yet they keep saying the check is in the mail. It’s been two weeks. Bunch of crooks. I should’ve known better.
First purchase ever! Very satisfied with my 2018 Honda.
