I put a deposit down on a car I didn't want that was way over my budget and now I retracted my decision and now they won't even call me back about my refund. It takes 2 seconds to take my money but for me to get MY MONEY BACK it's been almost 3 weeks and I called 4 times and 2 time I NEVER got a call back when they said they would call me back. I do not recommend this place. I feel like I'm being treated like scum cause this is a "BIG CAR DEALERSHIP". Duck you Honda give my money back!

The 2018 Prius was exactly the car we were looking for. It has even more features than we expected. Our salesperson, Ian, was very friendly and informative. The entire process was easy and trouble-free.
Fox Honda does not send you home with a full tank of gas when you purchase a car. I had to stop for gas while driving my new car home!!! They are also terrible at discussing details about the financing of your car. I love my new car, but I will never return to Fox Honda!
