BEWARE of the business practices of this dealership!!! I recently leased a 2016 Honda Accord from Fox Honda. To say my experience was unpleasant would be putting it mildly. They bum rushed me through the entire process( of course this is their goal). My payment was more than was quoted, they never made the first payment on my lease, which they promised. I have no idea why anyone would want to work in a environment where you basically scam normal working everyday people. Sad
After the sale service is terrible.....I will never buy a vehicle there again
I've purchased my last 3-4 Hondas from Fox. They have gone above and beyond every visit! My very first sale many years ago could have started out poorly, they mixed up the trade-in and payoff figures but honored the numbers they gave to ultimately pay off my trade! They have had my business ever since and I haven't looked back. Also there figures on trades are typically higher then the other local area dealers!
A few days ago I purchased a car I have been wanting for awhile, the Honda Civic Ex-L. Thanks to Tyler who sold me the car and Dave the finance guy who helped me out to make my payments suitable for my budget. I love the car and would recommend anyone who wants a Honda to come here. Great service!
I showed up with two children in tow and left with a deal. I can't get groceries with my children and have an easier transaction than I did trading and buying our new car, so that should tell you something! Toni Piscotti and all of the staff at Fox Honda went above and beyond to provide a wonderful buying experience for me and my family! They are very personable and resourceful! We highly recommend Fox for your next purchase!
