Had an initially great meeting and demo with Jesse the sales associate, and truly wanted to walk out with a car. However at the point that the sales manager Justin came on the scene, he immediately insulted our negotiations and displayed zero people skills. He single handedly drove us from Fox to Lamacchia where we happily purchased a new vehicle. A sales manager displaying this behavior is disgraceful, and reflects the values of the establishment. Head elsewhere if you are looking for proper consideration and service.

Absolutely will never buy another vehicle from FOX after today. After their 4th attempt at fixing the same problem on my Chrysler 200, today I was picked up by their shuttle vehicle to go retrieve my supposedly finished car, backing out on to the road the driver backed in to another car. Not only does the service department not seem to be very apologetic that they keep returning my car without fixing the problem but the driver couldn’t even be bothered to ask if me, his passenger/customer was alright. Horrible customer service. Strung me along for hours and then told me the car was sold. When I told them that was not good business they disconnected.
I can't say enough about my experience with Fox Honda! I personally worked with a salesman named Jesse (who I plan to send all my friends and family to in the future). They gave me an insane deal on my trade in and new car! There was never any pressure to buy and EVERYONE employed there seemed super friendly and helpful. You can tell they work together as a team to make sure every customer leaves satisfied.
