I went into the West Worthing branch of Fox and Sons for advice about selling a ho-use in another town, many miles away. Lily Ross-Thomas was very friendly and helpful in running through the complex questions and difficult choices I was facing.
From the moment we walked in to ask about a property, we were greeted by a lovely welcoming team, they took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions we had about buying a property and sales progression and the whole experience. They all made us feel completely at ease
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR NUMBER! Unless you want to be harrassed forevermore! I purchased a property in May 2021 through this company. Despite me telling them I have no interest in selling...then questioning why they are still contacting me...to outright telling them to remove my number...to then threatening them with reporting their harassment...I have been contacted AGAIN for the 6th time in the last 3 months, nearly 5 years on! I have not willingly been into an Estate Agents for years but after my recent experience with Fox & Sons , Goring I know where to go next time . Excellent service from their staff particularly Ben Dann. I wasn't buying or selling , I'm a first time landlord and I was struggling with some of the paperwork.
