Not entirely sure what this company is like as a letting agent, as they never call you back! First time were told the letting agent went home early! They took my partners details to call him back and never did, so called a second time, to get an answerphone to which we left a message that was not returned! Not entirely sure they want to let anything!! Poor customer service, doesn't fill me with confidence!

The application process to move in was straightforward and helpful for people with health problems, but my mum and I were put through a very stressful time, after living for a couple of years in our flat. We weren't entirely sure if it was appropriate for us to be given another fixed-term tenancy, and then we only got the paperwork through to sign 5 days before our current one expired. Had arranged an appointment to view a property last week (01/07/25) for today 08/07/25 at 1600. We arrived nice and early at 1540, and waited for the agent. By 1615, there was still no sign of anyone, so I made a call to the office. I spoke to the same person I had previously. Apparently, the appointment wasn't even logged in a diary or anywhere. I hung up out of frustration. COMPLETELY LACKING ANY PROFESSIONALISM. do not recommend it at all.
Had nothing but a positive experience with Mia in Lettings. Had me viewed, booked and signed onto a property all within a few weeks. All straightforward and lovely to deal with.
