Their main priority is keeping their landlords happy, they will not look out for their tenants one bit. We had the worst experience with a nightmare landlord and the agency did nothing but try and please her. We were without a boiler for 2 months and with a leaky roof for 3 months (over the winter). Tried to pin a professional clean on us (though it is unlawful), pushed us to move out BEFORE the proposed date on the section 21 and still messaged us to pay rent for the remaining days. Would thoroughly recommend using Fox & Sons in Gosport to assist in buying a property. From Harry who walked us through our first viewings, to Matthew who completed our mortgage application.
