Great service from personnel Ray did a good job of coordinating the service, providing a loaner vehicle and giving me a heads up as to when I could return for my vehicle. This was great as I was traveling back to Traverse City ahead of deteriorating weather.

William Griffith Ray - the Service Representative who tool care of me did a great job. He is true asset for Fox Acura. He made an extra effort to get my car repaired so I could get back to Kentucky. He stayed in touch with me on a regular basis to let me know how the repair was coming along.

Customer Service Done Right! Derrick and Chris were great to work with! Both demonstrated outstanding customer service working late into the evening hours to make sure our purchase went through. My boyfriend and I have already recommended Fox Acura to friends and family. We are enjoying our new RDX!
