Professional, Fast, Clean, Thorough I'm a preventative maintenance kind of Acura owner. Fox Acura Service does everything to keep my MDX running reliably. Kevin from the Service area was great - very responsive and thoroughly explained what was needed/recommended. I assumed that everyone has his great client-focused attitude!

The service manager kept me informed of the progress, what was being done. You have heard this before, I am sure: Every person I encountered was personable and made me feel welcome.

Service Friendly and no pressure. Smiley did a great job explaining what was going to be done and updating us on delay.
Another excellent service experience. Its a very smooth, no stress experience. Very relaxing and thorough. T I was even stopped on my way out of the dealership so the technician could double check a portion of his work. That's quality.
