Great Acura Service Our service was on a Saturday, so it was not as busy as a weekday. Jerry VanVliet had made our appointment with Ray Mayo so it went smoothly. Ray had a 2018 RDX with 13 miles on it. Wife has narrowed her to the RDX and another vehicle. Ray and the mechanic were able to diagnose battery issue and "failed battery". Also got to see Jerry and Kevin Nygen.
Great to work with Friendly and very knowledgeable sales staff. The sales team was very helpful and patient to answer all of the questions.

Acura Friendly, fast and professional service. Answered all questions we had without hesitation. Services provided were excellent. Went to several different dealerahips and Acura qas thw inly dealwrahip that approached us right away to assist with any questions.
Clean facility, great service The facility was clean, the customer service was extremely friendly, there is wifi, a great seating area, coffee and warm cookies!
Maintenance appointment Attentive, friendly, (with the exception of the grumpy, terse, no eye-contact greeting prior to entering the service office area) and seemingly competent service.
