Maintenance appointment Attentive, friendly, (with the exception of the grumpy, terse, no eye-contact greeting prior to entering the service office area) and seemingly competent service.
Friendly and timely Friendly staff, kept me well informed about the progress of my vehicle during my visit. Waiting room clean and nice, beverages are appreciated.

Great service The service was done in the time they said it would be. Really like the new service area especially when it keeps you out of the rainy weather.

2011 Acura MDX Service Everything was done that we asked and was completed in a short reasonable timeframe. Our service advisor, Ray, provided us with a new loaner that allowed us to run errands while our MDX was being serviced.
Great experience purchasing an Acura RDX the whole experience from when we walked in the door and Chris Peterson met us and introduced himself was excellent. He listened carefully, asked good questions, was informative on the models we were thinking about, and professional. He didn't try to oversell us yet he informed us of all the features available.
