A big thank you to Philip Fowler and his team for guiding me through a difficult 12 months, caused by obnoxious tenants. They also very successfully found me buyers for the property. I highly recommend them as letting agents and for selling any property, they have a vast amount of knowledge of the properties and the beautiful unique Chagford. Thank you again for keeping me sane. Drove 4.5 hours to view a property that was labeled as "ready for and in great condition" I also rang the agent before setting off asking explicitly if there were any issues not noted in the description, as I didn't want to waste 9 hours of driving. It turned the pictures of the property were 3 years out of date and the property was in a state of disrepair with mould, rotten beams, render falling off the walls, the garden looked like it hadn't been looked after. Really disappointing service.
