I am so disappointed and discourage about the order process of this store. I have always purchase from many places and my buys come in a timely manner. We called and purchased a rooftop tent from this store because they carry the tent i wanted. At the time of purchase they advised me that the tent was available in jacksonville and was going to be delivered same week. I ordered an ARB compressor hose on 4wheelparts.com in order for me to pick up at my local store here in El Cajon. 7 days later I call them to see where my part is, according to the store, my part is missing and they will hunt it down. So while running errands, I stop by the store on Bradley. I see the exact part that I ordered on their shelf. I take the box to the counter. The rep starts to ring me up, I tell him that I already paid for the part online and this ... read more
