Four Star is 5 stars in my book. I have never had a problem with them. Owners are very nice and we always request Barry to service our AC and heat pump. He is a very nice, polite and a very efficient and knowledgeable guy. The only company I've used for at least 10 years.

I've used Four Star in the past for minor plumbing issues and they have always been professional, competitively priced, and do an excellent job. I recently got an estimate from them for replacing my water heater (among other companies) and more than likely will have them do it. I recommend them highly!

Great Service and response during a hot day without AC. Arrived at the time I was told when requested service. Analyzed and repaired the problem, went the extra mile in getting the unit repaired. Quality job when completed.

Reliable Company. Scheduled an appointment for service and arrived within the scheduled time. Fixed the plumbing problem of a plugged drain system within 40 minutes. Not enthusiastic about the cost, but it is what it is for a professional person to do the work when you can't do it yourself and chemical drain cleaners fail.

A nice guy named Nick came out for a plumbing issue because my AC guy said there was water under the house. Nick went under the house and said it was an AC condensation problem. Meanwhile, he charged me a service fee for coming AND diagnostic fee for a total of $165 to tell me to call my AC guy back. I asked him if while he was at my house if he could install a new kitchen sink faucet. He said he could for $341. I already have the faucet. Four Star top notch! When we got in to town our house was 84 degrees. I picked Four Star from the phone book, sure glad I did. They came right away assessed the problem,put in portable a/c units till they could replace my HVAC unit the next day.
