NOT GOOD!!! We had work done in October of 2018. The temperatures in the master bath were just so much warmer than rest of house. The following May when we needed AC again, noticed the problem was WORSE. Had another independent HVAC come in, showed him our receipt....come to find out they billed is $825 for dampers and reduces that were NEVER installed. Boy did that open a can of worms. Makes me wonder how many other people have been SCAMMED.

We do recognize that the technician failed to install the dampers while he was performing other work. When the customer notified us of the airflow issues we did discover the missing dampers and offered to install them. The customer advised us that another company was going to take care of the dampers and at that time we refunded in full the $825 dollars. We do understand that mistakes can be made and when they are we do everything we can to correct those mistakes.
Great service and on time They were very professional and courteous A job well done I'll sure be using them again and again
I had a leaky mixing valve on my shower and I was concerned that it was also leaking behind the wall. I called at 8:45pm and a tech arrived before 9:30. He quickly took care of the problem and due to the fact that I had previously signed up for a service contract there was no charge for an emergency after hours call
