Owning a rental property in another state can be challenging sometimes. But when we were faced with an emergency water heater situation, Four Star responded quickly, even on a Sunday afternoon! Chris was so nice to work with, explained the situation to us, even texting pictures to help us understand, and also letting us know the detailed cost to us upfront. We would definitely use Four Star again!

I had a HVAC unit installed by Four Star about 5 or 6 years ago and had a service contract with them since then / have always had very good service for the twice a year inspection to keep unit maintained / would definitely recommend Four Star

We have used Four Star for over ten years for our HVAC and plumbing n needs. We are always pleased with the quick service and polite service technicians. We were out of town when the technician came to repair our condo's thermostat system this week. We really appreciated the technician calling us to explain what was wrong, and how it was fixed. A fine company, with excellent service.

Four Star was awesome! When we called for an appointment, the office personnel were so nice and so professional. The service provided by Gary was exactly what we co reacted for, no surprise charges, no surprise issues. Gary is professional and is great at is trade. We would hire Four Star every plumbing issue we have.
