All good until you need them to come back. Not a chance.... Buyer beware!
We had a glass conservatory roof replaced with a solid roof by this company. The job was well executed and the chap carrying out the fitting was excellent. However, some time later we experienced a leak through the flashing between the pre-existing wall and the new roof. It took several attempts to get a response but did eventually and a repair was carried out. We had windows and doors installed last July 2021 and the work never got completed. We are still waiting after 15 Months. Also when the windows arrived they were the wrong ones and the front door was fitted swinging the wrong way. Communication with the company is impossible as they never respond to messages or telephone calls. I would strongly advise not using them.
