Rang to ask company to ask their carer not to keep parking across from my drive. The response I got was disgusting arrogant and a non care attitude. Very rude man.
Despicable company. Will leave vulnerable adults without a care provision with minimal notice 2 days before a bank holiday weekend. Complete lack of respect for clients and families. Cut visits short to meet the needs of the service provider, or at times don't bother showing up at all. Medication errors, house often left in a state. Avoid at all costs.
Don't waste your time. Would give zero stars due to negligence of care.
My mother in law, Pat, has today passed away. It was expected. She was a stoick 90 year old and had declined from being a keen walker to being bedridden in the space of 4 weeks. The team at Four Seasons Home Care Torpoint were called into manage her clinical care during this past 10 days. They have all been absolutely remarkable.
