Yesterday's appointment was a waste of my time. Waited an hour to be seen and was seated with someone who did not care to pay attention, not my usual person because the 1 hour wait was already going to make me wait so I couldn't any longer. I had springs put in again only to have to remove one because the women put it to where it was rubbing on my tooth every time I opened my mouth on top of she left a sharp piece in my mouth and when I told her, she tried to cut it instead of glue it which, for such a small piece, glue was ... read more

Dr. Herman and his entire staff are amazing because they really take care of their patients. I also like that they have a dentist and knowledgeable staff right there in their office. Dr. Herman knows his stuff and he is my go-to even when I don't have braces. I know that he will take good care of me and I trust him completely! Every employee has a unique expertise that makes his facility the whole package. They treat you like family and are happy to see you! It feel good just walking in there!!!!
