The staff were very friendly.
The visit was fine. But the appointment was at 2:40 pm and we didn't get out of there til 5:15 pm So that needs to improve.

Love the atmosphere & friendly staff members. Dr. Herman is great as well. Just wish we didnt have to wait 45 mins minutes to be placed in a chair. If the appt is set for 9am, I would appreciate to be placed in a chair at 9am
Amazing staff! Everyone is so excited to see you come through the door. They will help you work out finances so you can afford braces for you or your child. They also take the time to make sure you are happy and understand the work being done. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
The staff are very friendly and explain what they will be doing. They are helpful every time during my visits.
