I appreciate the real doctor (Dr. Herman) coming to check on me at my last ortho dental check.
I had appt at 2:00pm yesterday (Monday); got there and was called in within 5 minutes, which is good, however, lady working on my teeth seems like she didn't know what to do, kept taking breaks, asking others what to do something next. Does she know her work? Just sat in chair a long time. Not fun.
Always friendly and supportive every time we come in.
Doing good job reminding of appointments.
I get excellent dental care with Dr. Herman.
