I felt hassled by making my daughters payment. I gave my debit card to receptionist she ran it twic and said it was declined? I reviewed my acct and I have over $700. This made me felt stupid. It bugged me so I asked my son to check out $100. He didn’t have any problem. With thn his bad feeling I didn’t want to proceed with my dental cleaning schedule for my children and I. The only complaint I have is that one of my brackets popped off within an hour of receiving my braces. I was seen with urgency and it was repaired. I was told that too many corrections were happening at once and that the bracket popped off because of the spring installed on the front left side of my teeth. With the initial state of my teeth, and how crowded they are, the bracket's placement had been compromised. This was all explained to me by one of the employees at the practice.
