Wait time is absolutely ridicules at each and every visit thus far. We have never been seen in a timely manner. I see no point in making appointments when we never get seen at our appointed time...ever!! If it’s not waiting to be seen it’s waiting on employees talking among each other about personal stuff while the patient is laying in the chair.
I would say, your place is very neet. Everything is well organized. I really like the place and i like the style of it. Everybody that works there is so nice.

Love the service they give us and the front desk girls are always smiling. I love how they take care of my child in the back, while I wait up front . They don’t mind me walking back to check in the last 10 mins and see how the progress of my child’s teeth are.
Dr. Herman's team work to keep my appointments meaningful and make me feel confidental with my teeth.
