Customer service of front office staff needs an overhaul. The only two staff that provide great customer service are the lady with the purple hair and Jerry the appointment person.
I always mention good comments to family and co-workers about Dr. Herman's Orthodontist & Dr. Layton. So far I took 4 of my children for their orthodontist service, and 2 are completed and loving their new smile. I have 2 more to go to start their services. We love the services so far since we started our orthodontists.
Dr.Herman and all his staff are amazing people
Friendly staff. I love how they have an open environment and many seatings available to get patients done faster.
I never really liked to smile before I had my braces but now I can't seem to stop. A big thank you to Dr. Herman and his staff.
The assistants use sharpie markers to mark patients wires and they use then from patient to patient..disturbing
Kind and gentle service. Appreciate how professional the Navajo employees are. Dr. Herman always makes an effort to just say hi and shake hands with parents and his patient.
Outstanding service! Everyone is so nice.
I like the staff and the friendly clean environment. Keep up the good work.
