Rang these guys up. Explained who I was as I desperately needed to hire a car. I tried to explain when I needed the car from and all the guy on the other end of the phone said was "sorry" and then he just hung up. His website stated he was currently open and I immediately rang back just to have my call ended. I've never tried to approach any such company before without them being so darned rude. Shame on them. I'll take my money elsewhere to some company that's got manners.
