My experience as a new patient has been first class. I arrived with an ongoing health situation which they have picked up seamlessly and shown the highest duty of care towards me despite being very busy with emergencies. I would like to mention especially Dr Nnenna and the lovely reception team. Thank you so much
Very impressed. Only just moved to the area and registered with this GP a few weeks ago. I called today as I was brewing a chest infection. I have them often. I spoke to a lovely receptionist who was very helpful I forgot her name! And then a doctor not 30 mins after. Prescribed antibiotics and given follow up advice. Best experience I've ever had with a GP surgery. I've moved around the North West and this is the best by far!! Thank you 🥰
For the last year I have been coming here and it has been a pretty good GP. One nurse in particular has been helping me with my asthma, took the time to listen and actually cared. Hannah is a great nurse who leaves tomorrow, and I wish her the best and thank her for everything.
I have always received great service from Fountain's. I really can't fault them. I highly recommend this practice and the staff and doctors are really good.
