Verified Renter Management isn’t great and neither is the maintenance staff. They all seem extremely lazy and there is always trash in the parking lot and damage to buildings and when maintenance requests are put in in. They never finish their jobs.

The AC was not working for 4 days during a heat wave. I was told 3 days straight that hopefully someone would be there tomorrow to fix it. They installed a temp ac, that broke too and was not fixed immediately either. I was also told an appointment to set up wifi was made for me and that I would be notified when they were coming. Verified Renter The lighting in my unit wasn't great upon move in & the blinds in the master bedroom (leading to the balcony) are cheap and not great. Would like to see something better, more modern, and light blocking.

Verified Renter I really like living at The Grand. The apartment is just right for the needs of my wife and I, and the pools and gyms are fantastic. Love the social events that are organized, and the team that works here are always prompt to sort out queries and fix things.

Verified Renter I really love the apartment style and layouts and amenities. It is close and walkable to everything you need, from grocery stores to coffee shops, bars and restaurants and workout classes. There’s in unit washer dryer which is a bonus. The apartment also has a nice study area, coffee bar and gym. The management was very helpful and accommodating with my move in. Would definitely recommend !
