Great for families and anyone looking for a wonderful meal. Be prepared to wait if you don’t have a reservation. It’s a very popular restaurant because the food and staff are great. I recommend the chicken and waffles and for dessert the chocolate mousse for 2 (to eat by yourself!)
Food wasn’t what I expected I had the chicken and waffles never did get the syrup, next time I go to Washington I think I’ll skip this place ☹️

I have to say we just left Founding Farmers and that is the best meal. Best service I have had in years!! We made the reservation at OpenTable and got right in. We were upstairs to the right of the lamb with sparkling shoes. Our waiter was a gentleman with short hair and I wish I got his name as his smile was contagious. Our impossible burgers and steaks plus the beignets were divine and the drink with mint was excellent. Highly recommend this place if you can make it!! �
Pricey, slightly dry chicken. $9 for a draft beer, a rip off !
