It was incredible food and though the wait was about 45mins, once you got in you understood why! Service was incredible, the staff was delightful and cheery, and the food was amazing! We will most likely return to Founding Farmers on our next trip to DC if timing permits. I definitely recommend adding them to you breakfast plans!
We made a reservation a week before. Got to the restaurant which was packed and were seated within minutes! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Food was fantastic, fresh, diverse and delicious. As were the desserts. Can't wait to get back to DC!
The food was fantastic and the atmosphere is very friendly. I gave it 4 stars because the waiter had too many bottles of water on his tray which ended up on me. As it was my daughter’s 16th Birthday I had to smile. Tip of advice- DON’T sit below the clouds in the restaurant it may rain. If I plan on going again, I would as portion size is worth it.
Wonderful restaurant! Food is delicious, service is lovely! Been there twice and both times were awesome!!! Highly recommended!!!
The food and service was excellent! Kurtis, our server, was a delight. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxed. We loved it so much, we went twice during our trip to DC! I highly recommend the chocolate mousse cake w/ strawberry ice cream. It was fab!

The crab corn dip was one of my top 20 best dishes I have ever tasted. Delish...a must have. And the Rosa wine was also outstanding. The pasta ravioli with squash and goat cheese....yum! Loved the atmosphere and servers were great. Will be back again! A great memory made with my family. Marrha White-GA
