Highly recommend! I’ve been renting my flat through Foundations since 2016 and Ive been extremely pleased. As an expat, unfamiliar and admittedly intimidated with how the rental market works, I found the process very easy and stress free, especially when I required bespoke support during from Foundations. Gero and his team are very personable and have always been extremely helpful throughout the nearly decade I’ve been renting. Very professional yet makes you feel extremely comfortable and well looked after.
I would encourage everyone to avoid at all costs. Consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and negligent. Allowed me to move into a property with a known history of mould and illness (confirmed by neighbours and previous tenants), which they failed to disclose. The Foundations team really pulled out all the stops to sell our property. In a very difficult market they kept potential buyers informed, negotiated hard and secured an offer. After that they kept us up to speed and coordinated really well between the conveyancers. Excellent and very friendly service. Recommended
